At Noa Noa, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your order isn't quite right, you can return any unworn items with original tags within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and labels remain attached to the garments.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, affix it to the outside of your box, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
